Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By installing or using "kikku" (the "App" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Sunset Tiger ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the kikku mobile keyboard application.

The App allows users to copy and use special fonts and images within their keyboard.

We respect your privacy and limit data collection to what is necessary to operate and improve the Service.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not record or transmit what you type using the keyboard, including passwords, messages, or payment data.
• We do not require registration or login; the App functions without any user account.
• We do not collect names, addresses, national IDs, or other direct identifiers.

Granting "Full Access" in iOS or similar permissions on Android may allow limited technical connectivity for app features, but we do not use this capability to capture or transmit typed content.

3. Information We Process

A. Automatically Collected Data

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain technical and diagnostic data:

• Device information (model, OS version, language, region)
• App version, installation date, and performance metrics
• Crash and usage analytics (via Firebase / Crashlytics)
• IP address (for approximate region), timestamp, and session duration

We process this data to operate, secure, and improve the App.

Legal bases (where applicable): Performance of a contract (providing the App) and our legitimate interests (debugging, security, analytics).

B. Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you contact us by email or through a support form, we may collect:

• Your email address
• The content of your inquiry and any attachments

We use this only to respond to your request and retain it for a limited period (see Section 8).

C. Advertising and Measurement SDKs (Future Use)

In future versions, we may integrate third-party advertising and attribution SDKs such as Google AdMob, AppLovin, or similar platforms.

These partners may use Advertising IDs (IDFA / AAID) and limited device data to deliver and measure ads.

• We will request your explicit consent before enabling personalized advertising where required by law.
• You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time (see Section 10).

4. Purposes of Processing

We process data to:

1. Provide and operate the App and its core features
2. Monitor performance, fix bugs, and ensure security
3. Respond to user inquiries
4. (If enabled) deliver and measure personalized advertising
5. Prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our rights

5. Payments

The App is sold through Apple App Store and / or Google Play Store as a paid app.

All payments are handled by the respective store operators.

We do not access or store credit- or debit-card details.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data for money.

We may share limited data with:

• Service providers / processors (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
• Advertising and analytics partners (only if you have consented)
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

7. International Data Transfers

Because we use Firebase / Crashlytics / Analytics, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States and other regions where Google LLC and similar providers operate.

These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those of your own.

Whenever personal data is transferred internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms—and use secure encrypted transmission (e.g., TLS).

By using the App, you consent to these international transfers under such safeguards.

8. Data Retention

• Diagnostic and analytics data: kept for up to 3 years
• Support inquiries: kept for up to 3 years after closure
• Certain logs may be retained longer where required by law (fraud prevention, disputes, accounting)

After these periods, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct / rectify inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability (obtain a copy in machine-readable form)
• Withdraw consent (without affecting prior lawful processing)

10. Opt-Out and Tracking Controls

You can manage advertising / tracking permissions at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable Allow Apps to Request to Track
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Industry tools:

Even after opting out of interest-based ads, you may still receive non-personalized contextual advertising.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including secure transmission (TLS), access controls, and restricted data access.

While no system is 100% secure, we promptly investigate and, where required, notify users of any breach in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

When changes are significant, we will notify you within the App or through the store listing.

The "Effective date" above always reflects the latest version.

U.S. Multistate Privacy Notice

This section supplements the Policy for residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Texas TDPSA).

Categories Collected: device and diagnostic information; analytics; (if enabled) advertising identifiers.

Purposes: provide the App; analytics; (if enabled) targeted advertising; security; compliance.

Disclosure: only to service providers and processors acting on our behalf.

Sale/Sharing: we do not sell data for money. Some cross-app ad uses may legally constitute "sharing" or "targeted advertising"; you can opt out anytime (Section 10).

Rights: access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, non-discrimination, and (where applicable) appeal rights.
